Konstantin Gudauskas is a Jewish man born in Kazakhstan, who later sought political asylum in Ukraine. When the Russian invasion starts on 24 February 2022, he finds himself in a unique position due to his Kazakh passport, allowing him to move about freely in the occupied territories. Taking advantage of this opportunity, Konstantin embarks on a mission to evacuate civilians from the war-torn regions. Over the following months, he manages to rescue a total of 203 people, risking his own life in the process.
